Staff was dismissive and unapologetic. Said I could get a room somewhere else. Traveled along day to have to figure it out at a moments notice. Heat on room could've adjust. Same employee told me to wait he'd be up later to check out...was a switch on wall we found ourselves. Rooms are clean,……

“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”

“The pool was closed and that was the main reason that we went. The heating system wasn’t working, so the pool was freezing cold I brought my son and he was very excited to be able to go swimming unfortunately we were not and that was a big amenity that we came for we both we wanted to cancel our reservation because we couldn’t even enjoy the pool. He was in tears. The room was clean ”
